It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Mr. Kenny A. Culpepper, affectionately known as "Toe Joe." (August 21, 1957 – November 19, 2023) Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at 11:00 AM, Richland H & I Learning Center, 34 Milliken Avenue, Richland, Georgia 31825.
Public visitation will be held on Friday, November 24, 2023, from 1:00 to 6:00 PM, in the Joseph N. Booth Memorial Chapel of The Thomas Funeral Home, 218 Surles Street, Lumpkin, Georgia 31815.
